PURCHASE
Our commercial department is in charge of the purchase of fresh seafood with the aid of external collaborators (brokers) at the most important fish markets of Italy, or sales representatives in case of wholesale purchase at the Chioggia fish market. Moreover, a large part of fresh fish is purchased at the fish market of Chioggia in virtue of the link to the territory and high product availability.

The fish market of Chioggia trades in local products that come from the North Adriatic coast and other areas of the Mediterranean Sea. Therefore, our company can rely on a continuous supply of fresh sea products thanks to the large quantities and wide assortment of seafood available every day from this market. We also wish to underline that, unlike other Italian fish markets, the wholesale market of Chioggia opens twice a day: morning and afternoon.

Frozen fish, instead, is purchased from foreign distributors (also through partnerships), from both EU and non-EU countries.
