SELF CONTROL PROGRAM AND HEALTH CERTIFICATE
A few years ago, our company implemented a self-control program (HACCP: Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to ensure maximum safety during each stage of the production process, from cleaning and disinfection of the workplace, tools and machinery to the constant monitoring of food temperatures.

Our company also aims at achieving the HCCP certification and is currently establishing a series of internal procedures to this end.
